Service delivery policy

All services are personal consultations and digital reports. Nothing is shipped physically.

Scheduling

• After your payment is confirmed, Mallikaa contacts you on the WhatsApp number you provided, usually within 24 hours, to agree a date and time.
• Your payment receipt is emailed to you immediately after payment.

How sessions are delivered

• Online sessions take place on a WhatsApp video call at the agreed time.
• In-person sessions take place in Mumbai; the address is shared on WhatsApp when your appointment is confirmed.
• Any written summary or follow-up notes are sent on WhatsApp after the session.

Numerology reports

• Your written Personal Numerology Report is delivered by email as a PDF within 7 working days of receiving your full name and date of birth.
• Once your report is ready, your 45 minute call to walk you through it is scheduled on WhatsApp.
• Name Numerology findings are shared during your scheduled call, with written suggestions sent afterwards.
