Bookings & payment

• Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking through our secure payment partner (Razorpay). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• After you book, Mallikaa will contact you on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours, to agree a date and time.
• Online sessions take place on a WhatsApp video call. In-person sessions take place in Mumbai; the address is shared when your appointment is confirmed.

Rescheduling & cancellations

• Payments are non-refundable, as each session is reserved especially for you. The only exception is described below, where Mallikaa cancels.
• You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
• Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice, a second reschedule, or a missed session cannot be accommodated, and the session is considered complete.
• If Mallikaa needs to cancel your session for any reason, you may choose a new time that suits you or a full refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about a booking, payment or session, please contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
