When you book or send a message, we collect the details you provide: your name, WhatsApp number, email, and where relevant your date of birth, city and what you’d like guidance on.
How we use it
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email to schedule and deliver your session.
- To prepare your reading or report (for example, your date of birth for numerology).
- To process your payment.
We never sell or share your information for marketing, and we don’t add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Who processes it
- Razorpay processes payments. Card and UPI details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.
- WhatsApp and email are used to send your booking details to Mallikaa and to communicate with you.
- YouTube videos load only when you press play.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment partner may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
